Computer scientist and trained mechatronics technician. I develop software, run the servers behind it, and, when it comes to that, design the physical part too. What interests me isn't the most elegant solution, but the one that's still maintainable in two years.
DBIT stands for Dominik Brilz Informatik & Technik – not a made-up word, but exactly the two halves of my training: computer science on one side, mechatronics and manufacturing on the other.
